Yahoo had a list of the 10 Best American Cities for the Next Decade. If you like to live in where it snows, then these cities might be for you. Sorry, none of them appeal to me. Seattle, the only west coast city, rains too much. Austin, Texas, I don’t think, gets snow, and I’ve heard some good things about it; so maybe, just maybe, I would be willing to consider the capital of Texas. But, it’s not California.
