Have you made any small changes lately? I’ve been using these five pound weights two or three times a day in an attempt to strengthen my upper body.
Although only a small difference, I can tell there is a difference. My clothes fit better and I can carry heavier things better.
What small change have made?




I’ve started my Zumba class again. I’m also taking a few classes here and there to spend time with friends. Hmmm…. maybe I’d better get my weights out too.
