This was my view as I lay on the couch and took a short nap. It’s a warm afternoon but not hot. The next week is forecast to be over 100 on most days. It’s nice to take life slow.

Over a hundread? (misspelling intended) Yuuuuck!
We’ve had mild temperatures all week, 90s, with cool mornings. It always gets super hot, though, as August enters the gate.
that’s a nice comfy chair!
I don’t sit in it. Terry does when he comes out to the family room, which is seldom in the summer. The room is much warmer than the rest of the house. I like the couch that matches the chair & sit on it to do my journaling, meditating, research, or just for a nap.
