I made a few changes. I used spelt flour, no lemon juice, and only about 3/4 pound of each fruit.
That does look good and my weight loss resolve is very weak right now. And, actually, the ingredients look to be quite healthy. Of course I’m going to have to google “grams” to figure the ingredients out in plain language.
