It’s December 2 so the decorating can begin. I don’t know if I will do very much. I got the Christmas mugs out of the garage cabinet, and we’ve been enjoying our morning coffee in them. Took a few more things from the storage unit, and got the porch looking a bit festive. Bought some poinsettias for the family room.
I also got into the back of my closet and pulled out my holiday attire. I’ll start wearing some of that this week as we have a children’s party to attend tomorrow night and I’m doing Victorian Christmas at Kearney Mansion tours this week for school children.
Even dinner last night got in on the festive look–bruschetta.
Where’s the recipe? Dianne
No recipe. I just make it. Tomatoes, basil, onion, garlic, red wine vinegar with a splash of balsamic vinegar. All processed in my cuisinart.
Nice job. Have a happy holiday.
You made me realize that I’m hungry with that dish! Nice decorations all. 🙂
nice that you are getting into the Christmas spirit! I got my decorations up on the weekend.
You’re way ahead of me! The outside lights are up, but nothing is done inside.
No lights around here. We’ve never done them.
Ahhh… So it’s definitely beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Very lovely, Delaine! And the bruchetta looks scrumptious and healthy. By the way, we bought a Nutribullet. We’re going to try doing those shakes you create.
Christmas is definitely coming. Here, Santa comes on the 6th and he’s supposedly bringing snow with him this year. 🙂
