Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree

After my last post about the Victorian Christmas at Kearney Mansion where I will be giving tours, Kay from across the ocean in Hawaii asked if I would be showing pictures of the four trees. I had to unfortunately say no as photos aren’t allowed to be taken of the interior. Then, this morning what should appear on the Historical Society’s Facebook page, but a photo of the tree in Mr. Kearney’s reception room (or what we would call the living room).

This one may be from last year, but you still get the idea of what the room and tree look like, decked out for Christmas.

  1. Beautiful! And fortuitous to have Kay ask and you then receive! 🙂

  2. Oh thank you, Delaine. I love it! What an amazing house! It’s going to be so much fun for you to show it.
