Joy comes with the grandchildren

We have been with our grandchildren since Saturday while their parents went two different directions to do their jobs.

We had hotel rooms reserved for the stay because we weren’t too sure if our son in law would actually be able to get away. The grandkids love to stay with us at the hotel so even though their house was empty, with both parents gone, we kept the reservation and took the kids each night to sleep there.

Judah enjoyed playing with the electronic devices as well as writing in his journal. I brought each of them a new journal. Leeya and Judah both enjoy writing and drawing.

It’s been fun to be with happy, healthy children who have a bright, smart outlook on life.
